- All donations are voluntary and considered Sadaqah/charity unless specified otherwise.
- Donations are used for welfare programs, operational costs, and administration.
- Once contributed, donations are generally non-refundable, except in cases of proven duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
- Upload authentic payment proofs. False or misleading proofs may result in disqualification and legal action.
3. Help Requests & Case Sponsorship
Applicants must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to verify all cases and approve or reject requests at our discretion based on need, availability of funds, and program criteria.
4. Volunteers
Volunteers act in good faith on behalf of the organization. Any misconduct, misuse of information, or unauthorized fundraising in our name is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination and legal action.
5. User Content
By submitting comments, images, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share it for our welfare and reporting activities. You confirm the content is yours and does not violate any law or third-party rights.
6. Prohibited Use
- Do not use our website for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Do not impersonate the organization or misuse our name, logo, or brand identity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
